Episode 49Charisse and Kyla are all worried after the three other children went missing. Paeng comes home to tell them that they went to Maika's house. After Maika told him that Rita is yet ready to forgive him, he says that it is maybe time to give up Rita. The next day, Piper sees Deborah packing all of her stuff at the office. She says that they need to escape soon before Rita goes after them. Deborah steps out of the room to look for Edison. She finds him by the fire exit. Deborah tells him that they need to leave the country.
But Edison does not want to go with her and help her escape.
Meanwhile, Rita is talking to Attorney Ancheta. The lawyer tells her that they need to have a strong evidence against Deborah. Maika hands him a CCTV footage showing Deborah talking to the impostor who pretended to be Rita. Attorney Ancheta tells tehm that they have a strong case against Deborah. As Deborah and Piper are about to leave the Señorita Scents building, they are surprised to see Rita with some police officers by the elevator. Rita orders the policemen to arrest Deborah! They start putting handcuffs on her. The policemen continue to put handcuffs on Deborah. But the latter tries to resist. The lawyer tells Deborah that they will charge her on the counts of identity theft and frustrated murder. The police officers are hauling Deborah away outside of the building. She tries to beg Rita for mercy, but Rita is having none of it. Just then, Edison arrives and begs Rita not to take his mother away. He tells her how much he loves his mother. He asks her if she could forgive Deborah.
He breaks down. Out of pity, Rita lets Deborah go. But Rita tells her that she could never forgive her for the things she did. Rita orders the security to drag Deborah out of the building. Rita arrives at her old mansion.
The powerpuff maid welcome her back home. After coming home from a shopping spree, Rita is overcome with a feeling of loneliness. As much as she wants to deny it, she is yearning for the children. Meanwhile, Deborah, Edison and Piper checked in at a modest hotel suite. Deborah is still fuming at Rita for what she did. But Edison tells her that she is already lucky after Rita let her go. But she is still furious. She vows to exact revenge.
